IMS Real Estate company was established in 2006 as a part of IMS Group business diversification program for effective management of the group's assets in the real estate sector.

IMS Real Estate is a shareholder in Yeditepe, a highly professional construction company successfully operating on the Ukrainian and Turkish markets. The collaboration with Yeditepe allows for the creation of a closed cycle for development projects elaboration.
